Kristen and her husband Logan are very excited to make Longview their home. They are both working hard to start their careers, but also enjoy hobbies such as: attempting minimalism (tiny home!), sports, and outdoor activities like hunting and fishing. On any given weekend you may see Dr. Pratt on the trails with her husband in their side-by-side ATV.
Rachel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches, TX with a degree in Forestry. She has articles published in both the Texas State Optical Newsletter and the Texas Optometric Association Newsletter. After graduating from UHCO, she opened her own practice. Soon after she joined an office in Temple, TX where she practiced for several years. She and her family moved to Longview in 2013, where her husband practices as an Emergency Doctor at a local hospital. She is very proud of her family, including her three children.
Outside of the office she enjoys quilting, cooking, traveling, gardening, and playing with her children. One fun fact about Dr. Burnett is that she keeps bees at a hive at their home!
