Cindy has served as our exceptionally qualified Practice Administrator since January 2016. Prior to joining the Longview Eye Associates family, she served as the Human Resources Director for a large manufacturing company in Longview. Since then she has shown great adaptability by merging her Human Resource and Customer Service skills into the eyecare industry.

Cindy prides herself on cultivating and empowering a team of "A-players" who will carry out the vision of our organization to help us provide the best primary eye care to East Texas. One of the favorite parts of her job is celebrating "wins" as it pertains to people and achieving goals. ​We are ecstatic to have her lead our team. Cindy has achieved her Certification in Professional Human Resources Management (PHR), which greatly helps develop the Longview Eye Associates organization.

Originally from South Louisiana, Cindy grew up in Longview and graduated from Spring Hill High School. She and her husband Bob enjoy nice dinners, entertaining friends, and traveling. Together they spend time with their children and grandchildren. Cindy loves to travel, and has recently enjoyed trips to San Francisco, Savannah, GA, and Italy.
